Recent ActivityWelcome to the Spanish Honor Society! It is our goal for the year to continue spreading the word about SHS, the Forest Park Spanish program, and most importantly, the spirit of the many different Spanish-speaking cultures around the world. As members, everyone will be alternated for a weekly tutoring session for lower level Spanish students. We also hope to help out with and host many more fun activities for our society members and for others. It's going to be a really great year!
Group Announcements  MEETING and TUTORING on 1/31Our monthly meeting of SHS will be Tues. Jan. 31 at 2:10 in Rm. 1110. It will be brief, but all members should plan on attending. Las Salchichas will stay to provide tutoring to any students who come for help. If you have a conflict that will prevent you from attending, you must see Mrs. McCarthy BEFOREHAND!
 Monthly MeetingsWe will have meetings on the last Tuesday of each month in room 1110 at 2:10. Please let Mrs. McCarthy know IN ADVANCE if you can't make a meeting. Also, remember, you are responsible for keeping track of which Tuesday is your day to tutor. If you have a conflict on your assigned day, it is your responsibility to arrange to change days with another tutor so we are never short on personnel.
 TUTORING INFORMATION FOR PARENTS AND STUDENTSThis year, members of the Spanish Honor Society will be available on Tuesdays after school to provide tutoring help for lower-level Spanish students. Students should arrive at Room 1110 by 2:15 WITH WORK that they need help with. They will be finished by 3:00. NOTE: There is an academic bus on Tuesdays, but it does not leave until 4:15. Students can ask for a pass for the bus, but if they wish to leave school earlier, they should have other means of transport.  Tutoring Schedule!Here are the groups and dates for tutoring:
